Ingredients:
- 1/2 frozen banana
- A handful of fresh spinach
- 1-2 teaspoons Matcha (green tea powder)
- 175 ml plant-based milk (such as almond or oat milk)
- Toppings: Kiwi, raspberry's and pumpkin seeds
- Extra equipment: blender and bowl
Directions:
- Put the fruit and spinach in the blender.
- Add 175 ml almond milk (or coconut milk/oat milk) and matcha powder and blend for about 2 minutes until you have a nice smooth smoothie.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and optionally add the toppings. Enjoy!
