To brew matcha, warm your matcha bowl and bamboo whisk with hot water, then dry the bowl thoroughly. Sift 1-2 grams of matcha powder into the bowl, add 60-70 ml of water heated to 70°C (158°F), and whisk briskly in an "M" or "W" motion until frothy and smooth.
