All whisks are handmade in Japan from 100% bamboo and comes in eco-friendly, recyclable packaging.

Add one teaspoon (1g) of Yumi Matcha to a cup. Pour in a small amount of water and whisk in a zigzag motion until smooth and lump-free. Finish by adding water or your preferred plant-based milk.
Care instructions: To keep your whisk in good condition, soak it in warm water for at least 30 seconds before each use. Afterward, rinse thoroughly with water and allow it to air dry with the head facing up.

Simply put, it's powdered green tea leaves. The leaves are stone ground into a fine powder, so you're consuming all of the leaf’s goodness. Rather than steeping tea leaves in water, matcha is stone ground tea leaves, so you’re consuming a whole load of green goodness.

Sieve 1 gram of YUMI matcha into a bowl, top with 60ml of lukewarm water. Whisk until matcha is dissolved and a foam starts to appear on top. Pour into a glass and top with ice and milk of your choice or into a mug and top with frothy hot milk of your choice.

Once you’ve opened your matcha, we’d recommend consuming it within 3 months. Our matcha has a shelf life of 12 months.

Something wrong with your order? Drop us a line within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to sort it for you. Please note we do not issue returns labels, returns will need to be at your own cost. As matcha is a perishable product we cannot accept returns on powder.
Please ensure packaging is sufficient to avoid any breakages and include your order slip inside the parcel.
