Yumi Ceremonial Matcha is 100% pure matcha van de eerste pluk, afkomstig van jonge theebladeren die in de schaduw zijn geteeld. Volledig vrij van additieven, kunstmest en pesticiden – puur natuur, puur kracht.

Ingrediënten

100% ceremonial matcha uit Japan. Rijk aan chlorofyl, cafeïne, l'theanine en aminozuren. Bevat calcium, vitamine D, vitamine C en andere mineralen.

Bereidingsinstructies

Om matcha goed te bereiden, verwarm je je matchakom en bamboe whisk met heet water en droog je de kom vervolgens goed af. Vervolgens zeef 1-2 gram matchapoeder in de kom, voeg 60-70 ml water toe (verwarmd tot 70 °C) en klop krachtig met een "M"- of "W"-beweging tot een schuimige, gladde textuur. Combineer deze substantie vervolgens met jouw favoriete melk of andere drank.

Vergeet vervolgens niet te genieten van de levendige, umami-rijke matcha!

Bewaren op een koele, droge plaats, uit de buurt van vocht, zonlicht en geuren

Great matcha, the tin is a cardboard box

The matcha is of great quality and one of the best ones I've ordered, however, I'm removing 1 star for the packaging. I ordered a tin plus a refill, assuming the tin would actually be a tin, made from aluminium that could easily be refilled. Unfortunately, the "tin" is a round cardboard box, that will maybe last 1 or 2 refills but then will be done. I would've loved to have the option to pay a little extra for an actual tin that I can reuse over and over again, is airtight and a proper storage for my matcha.

Overall very happy, beautiful branding & packaging, but please consider quality over looks too.

Refreshing and soft matcha

I’m more than happy with Yumi matcha! It’s my first purchase and I definitely continue to order it. The quality is superb, the smell, the taste, the color…really nice! Having matcha at home is so simple and so convenient, but only if you have the right quality and I’m having it now!

The BEST Matcha!

At first, I was skeptical because I wasn’t sure if it would really be as green as in the picture. But I thought I’d give it a try. I placed my order late in the evening, and to my surprise, I received the package the very next evening, wow! The packaging is beautiful and subtle, which I really appreciate. You can tell a lot of care has gone into the product.

I was so curious that I immediately opened the bag of Matcha, and wow, it really is that green! I couldn’t wait to taste it, so I did, and it was absolutely delicious. No need for vanilla, honey, or any other sweetener. This is truly the best and pure Matcha I’ve ever had. It’s so YUMI!
